...people with special gifts who can (at the very least) jump long distances. I don't remember anything about the plot. All I can remember is a scene likely towards the end, some kind of showdown. people in a desert setting being chased by people with similar powers, leaping over tall cliffs or mesas/plateaus. Leaping from plateau to plateau. This is All I got. I've been combing thru so many titles on imdb with no Luck so far.
