Need help to find the name of a horror short film set in Vietnam

There is this really great short horror film set in the Vietnam war. This man has his family killed by US soldiers and transforms into powerful being. Loos like a horror inside out monster. He can levitate tanks and such and immune to bullets. his legend starts to circulate. I saw the film on Youtube. Does this ring a bell with anyone?
