Old Horrow Film that Opens with man getting his tongue cut out to silence him.

This movie is from the 60's or 70's and stars either or both Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee.  The opening scene shows a man getting captured and then having his tongue cut out.  Likely to keep him from telling others about  what he witnessed.
