Rare old family movie from before 2006

The protagonist is a girl named Allie, ali

Her parents think shes brave and intelligent

She mostly wears blue demin overalls and a white shirt for the whole movie

She has a friend that wears a white shirt and plaid skirt for most if not the whole movie, she was girlier than kinda tomboyish alie , sadly I dont remember her name

There is a gang of boys who tease the girls, they go like "oh no the boys are back"

In one scene Alie's friend is using one of those old hole toilets in the woods and said gang of boys throw a mouse over her from above, it lands in between her legs on top of her skirt and she starts screaming, then it transitions to other scene

Ali suspects an adult male is alien and wants to gather evidence

Near the ending of the movie she, her friend and the boy gang rush to a hill using bikes, they wear no helmets, I think is important cause in newer movies anytime a kid uses a bike wears a helmet, this one was from a time noone cared about those things

before arriving to their destination ali's friend is all like "we should head back, we shouldnt be doing this" but she still follows allie

When they get to the hill, the screen looks at the kids, alis friend is crouching and alie is prone, she then takes out some binoculars and looks at trailer parked in some deserty land which looks like a landscape that can be from australia.

At the end it turns out noone was an extraterrestrial, the misunderstanding that caused that belief is cleared between alie and her parents, who later congratulate her for being so brave

I been dying to know the name of this movie, wish I had more details, they use to broadcast it a lot on a now defunt latin dubbed movie channel back then called zaz movie park which showed movies like sally marshall is not alien, tommy tricker stamp traveller and other rare family movies. the channel later rebranded as an anime channel only to die later on 2012.
