Restoring a national park in Africa

In the early 2000's before 2006 there was a tv series about restoring a National Park in Africa. It would have been on either Nat Geo or Animal Planet I think. There were multiple episodes where they kind of focussed on introducing a new species back each episode. I know in one they reintroduced naked mole rats and another was all about hippos.
