searching for a movie from before 2008
It's about a little girl getting kidnapped at a fair, and a young boy helps her escape from the criminals. It was a VHS when I saw it, and the initial end credits has a young woman(like a nun) leading 6 to 10 children in the old yellow rain coats, hats, and boots with the music "What a Wonderful World" playing.
Anyone know what this movie is called??
