Series about a mine with a closed portal to another realm inside

Watched this a while ago, think it was on netflix. Starts off with loads of dead naked bodies lying outside the mine. Main characters are 2 teenage girls whose parents went missing the same night all the people died. The mother of the girls is the key to the portal and the youngest daughter can also become a key to this portal. I remember a scene with the youngest girl and an albino woman who puts her hand through the girls stomach without damaging her. The older daughter wants to be a model if I remember right
