Super Model film

I'm trying to find out a film title. It's a about a young model starting out in her career and joining a group of older models. They see her as a threat and try to get rid of her. I remember them all living together in a big white house and someone being attacked in a big swimming pool. I think it features a very early acting debut of a famous actress (someone like Keira Knightly). Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks
