The Old Man S 01 E 05

Usually when I watch a recorded episode I cut and stop when the end credits start (to go to the next episode, if I have it). However, this time a very beautiful melody with marvelous vocals from soloist and choir had started before my stopping and I stayed on till the episode ended in full, just to hear the music. And what was the music? No clue could I find trawling the end credits, the IMDb page, trivia and rewiews. I would be so grateful if someone knows the name and posts it here or sends to bkb.ulrich@gmail.com. I certainly want to hear more of it.

Some claim it's this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EjHoXzCEN28

While there's similarity, it's not same thing used in episode I think.

Some say it's made for show by show's composers and has a different name which is probably the most likely explanation.

They would release it at some point I'm sure, then these details could be known.

@mbmb  Thank you for pointing me in the right direction! You are right that the link does not  give the  desired music. However, being on Youtube, I find the music:  "The Old Man - Requiem (Reprise) Extended, 9,55 min which is it. Also a shorter version. Judging from the presentation this seems to be an original  composition for the soundtrack by Burnett/Warren.

Again - many thanks!

@bo_ulrich Yes I saw them too but both of these uploads are fan uploads, not anything official, basically a fan takes the audio from show and names it how they want and uploads to youtube. That's why I didn't post it. I couldn't find it on any official places like spotify, apple music etc..

Thanks for your interest! Seems like I have to make do with the Youtube version. I find the quality of the music worthy of more attention so maybe there will be some follow-up.
