This has driven me crazy for years! Can't find movie anywhere

Have looked for years to try to find a movie I saw a long time ago. Don't know the name. Seems lost forever.

So much time has passed and my memory has lost many details, but here's what I got-

My best guess for year range is 2002-2008

It's about a girl in hear late teens/early 20s. She is accepted into this group of other girls, I believe they all live together. They go clubbing. Some dark things happening and a guy gets thrown into the mix. I think the dominant girl of the group likes him, but he likes the main character. I remember it ending with the main character visiting her mother and then seeing the guy. It reveals in the end that the main character is lying to him. She's actually the villain I think. It had a thriller/ horror/ drama vibe. 

It was probably an awful film, but the fact that I have never been able to find it again has driven me nuts.
