Title of a movie from 80's - 90's
Hello, I saw this film in 1993. Two men were watching over an apartment in the adjacent building, they were looking through binoculars. There were a man and a woman lying next to each other, during a foreplay, and in the end the woman ends up on top. Thank you!

"Sharky's Machine" (1981) had an extended sequence where a pair of police officers were surveilling a sex worker from an apartment across the street. Burt Reynolds played one of the officers and Rachel Ward played the sex worker.
IIRC, "Romeo is Bleeding" (1993) starring Gary Oldman featured scenes of one or more people watching other(s) across a street with binoculars, but I can't remember if it had a scene like the one you described.
"Sliver" (1993) and "Through Naked Eyes" both deal with the subject of voyeurism, but I haven't seen either one in its entirety so I don't know if either one has a scene like the one you described.
