Trying to find a movie I saw on Netflix

Hi. So the movie took place in Los Angeles.. within the last few years. It's about people in their 20s-30s trying to find dates. A lot of them use apps. One of the characters is gay. In the beginning of the movie one of the girls gets a parking ticket and gets into a fight with the parking attendant. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
