Trying to find a movie

There was a movie I watched in 2011 but it wasn’t a recent movie at that time. Pretty sure it was a mid or early 2000’s or maybe even a late 90’s movie. I have no idea what the premise was. But at the end a young girl, probably teenager, cuts her wrist. She lays down while her wrist spurts blood and the movie ends. She does it in a bathroom. as far as the self harm graphic nature of it, it was pretty rare. sorry this was so obscure but I only watched it once and hardly remember it. I just remember the ending.
