Trying to find the title of a recent movie

Trying to find a title to a recent drama / horror film. I've seen it a couple of years ago or so, but for the life of me, I can't recall the name of it. A married American woman who is a CEO of company in Germany who has multiple miscarriages, as a result she travels to Eastern Europe by car to try to purchase a baby from a Russian prostitute. On her travel there, she picks up a little person who is hitch-hiking and who is a heroin addict. The woman and the little person steals a baby from a brothel. The Russian mafia pursues them, kidnaps them, tortures them both, they kill the little person, but the woman eventually escapes with the help of a Sprite / Fairy. Hope someone can help! Thanks.
