Trying to ID a ‘horror’ film

Help ID a film - A young woman with short dark hair enters a dimly lit small bedroom and stares towards a shadowed area by the window. Slowly and ominously, a hooded and caped figure emerges from the shadows. It utters unintelligible noises, in response to which, the woman removes her nightdress. Discretely motioning with its long, skeletal fingers, the creature directs the woman to lie on a bed. Advancing towards the prostrate woman, the entity moves it’s lowered head between the woman’s thighs, eliciting a moan as it moves over her body, before resting it’s boney hand on the side of her head - While there was no diologue, a horrible, suspenseful atmosphere was achieved: Scary as Hell.  Any suggestions?
