UK late 90s early 2000s rave culture drama

I knew the name of this not long ago now it has completely left my brain, it was as the title says around the turn of the millennium, it was a drama that followed English friends in their early 20s, I forget whether it was a comedy, I don't think it was but it was rave punk inspired, one of the main girls in it had coloured dreadlocks (I believe she is someone well known now) I think it had a one word title like "Fazed" or something like that.
