WHAT DISNEY VHS MOVIE IS THIS

I have this memory from when I was a kid and watched vhs movies, and I remember there being a Disney movie. I think it was a Christmas movie and the opening started by filming through the window of a house, some animated people were sitting in a living room and one of them were telling the Disney stories. If I can remember correctly the living room was real and the animated people were like dolls or something (I thought they were kinda creepy) but the Disney stories were cartoon. 

Have anybody seen anything similar?
