I remember this scene from a movie but cant remember the name: A man sits at a bar or maybe a nightclub beside a woman (probably a sex worker), He puts money fold in front of the woman and couple of pills rolls out of the money. This movie I think is from 2000s It's genre is action or comedy or maybe both If anyone remembers this movie please help me

As far as I remember it was a USA theme movie. The man on the bar i think has huge eyebrows and a bit old and his role at the movie was kind of informant o assistant to the protagonist of the movie
