What is this zombie movie title with plot twist
Please anyone, couldn't pinpoint exactly when, but this american movie should be release before 2014/2015. It's about zombie movie with plot twist in the end that the main caharcter had mental problem and the "zombie" the main character had killed were actually normal people.

If I had seen this, then I would probably be able to identify it right away. I suppose we're looking for a mid-2010s movie that somewhere might be a recommend watch for the mid-2000s decade movies Wasting Away and Colin.
