What is this zombie movie title with plot twist

Please anyone, couldn't pinpoint exactly when, but this american movie should be release before 2014/2015. It's about zombie movie with plot twist in the end that the main caharcter had mental problem and the "zombie" the main character had killed were actually normal people. Thanks a lot.
