(What movie?) Girl in an elevator with a spray can...

What movie is this? It might be "Who's that girl" from 1987, but I have no way of confirming that. The scene takes place in an elevator. A girl stands there when an older, elegant couple steps in. The snobby woman wears a fur-coat and the girl starts to do a whistle sound, only to hide that she is spray painting the back of the fur. Could the girl be Madonna? If not... Who?
