Whats the name? Movie set in NJ

All i can remember is the movie is set in NJ and there were 2 younger men (20s-30) and the scene I remember one of the men walked into a bar and shot several people and there was a woman panicking, shaking behind the bar as she watched all this happen and the man with the gun walked up to her menacingly and made her eat a piece of gum as he talked to her.
