When Cast Members are Incomplete . . .

As a movie fan, I watch 2004 Manchurian Candidate several times each year; and read the book of course. Cast members for this fascinating film are listed comprehensively, even if they appeared for barely a minute like a scoutmaster, a library patron, Congressional aides, schoolchildren and military brass. This was inspired casting. Each actor commands your attention, like with the movie Unknown with Liam. 
At about >>1:00:00 Denzel’s Ben Marco is arrested by two agents assigned to Liev’s Rep. Raymond Shaw, after Major Marco had bit him. I can’t find the Black agent listed anywhere. His chiseled features are identical to a local teacher’s. I’d like to know his name. He appeared three or four times but did not speak. Could that help explain why he’s not listed among the cast? Also, acclaimed writer Edwidge Danticat is credited. However I never saw Ms. Danticat in the movie at all. Does anyone have any insights? Thank you very much.
