These are the earliest sources I could find, considering the picture is from Russia, that Russian link from April 7, 2017 is likely the original source of it.
I found 2 versions of this picture, and the other one has a block of snow falling while the cleared area was smaller... This means it comes from a video, and my first guess was The Shawshank Redemption, but I'm not sure.
