Who does Elle Graham look like?

We have been watching Secrets of Sulphur Springs and Elle Graham reminds me so much of someone who was on a Nick or Disney type show at the same age as Elle is now, about 13, but this was probably 10-20 years ago. A main character, I think. Very bubbly, bright, but also kind of bossy character. Anyone else have any ideas?
