IMDb availability on Amazon Fire TV stick in Croatia

Hi. I live in Croatia and own an Amazon Fire TV stick. By default, IMDb app (IMDb TV or something like that) is not available on Fire TV by default. But, perhaps it is available if I were to install the Downloader app. Still, I wonder whether or not it is perfectly legal to do just that, that is to say, since IMDb is not available on Amazon Fire TV stick by default, perhaps that yields an information regarding georestriction, thus it’d be illegal to subscribe to IMDb from Croatia, even though I never use a VPN?
