Removing titles on the Check-In list in the current version of the IMDb Android application does not appear to be added as of yet. I am going to forward this to our idea section for future application improvements. For the time being, to remove your Check-In's I recommend navigating to the desktop site and once logged in going to this link: http://www.imdb.com/profile/lists you should then be able to see a "Your Checkins" list which will allow you to remove any unwanted titles.
