Actor Votes

Why Not Allow People to Use App to Search/ Vote for Favorite Actors? I usually come to IMDB when I'm looking up actors. I thought about how people love to participate. People even know actors that haven't made it big yet that they would love to give a plus, thumbs up smiley face or whatever to show approval. I'm just saying there is room for expansion. Good day.
