Bug report: Watch options filter not working (iOS app)

When looking at the section “more like this” a dropdown filter appears, labeled “preferred services.” (Navigated to by looking at info for a specific show/movie, then scrolling a few sections down to the heading “more like this.” Click through to see the filter and a vertical list of similar shows/movies.) The dropdown consistently returns zero preferred services. However, when clicking directly into a show/movie from the “more like this” list, it shows that is available on one or more preferred service. This was verified by looking them up on the preferred service. Also, when navigating to the filters via the triangle/hamburger menu in the top right of the screen, the function is broken there as well. The drop downs are labeled “Watch options,” “Streaming,” and “Content rating.” The only option for Streaming and Content rating is “Any.” Watch options has “Any” and Preferred services, but as notes above, erroneously returns zero options. I updated my iOS app and the filter functions worked for a single search, then reverted back to the behavior described above. Also deleted and reinstalled app with no change in behavior.

Forgot to mention in my initial post that I had already tried force quitting and signing out and back in. To do my due diligence, I went through all the steps you listed (in order, even!) again with no change. So… -Device model: iPhone 13 mini -Operating system name and version number: iOS 18.4.1 -IMDb/IMDbPro app version number: 15.8.2 -App Display Region and Language: United States, English Thank you!
