Issue with notifications banners continues
About a month ago I posted about an issue where I no longer receive the notification banners for new episodes of active shows on my watch list. There was some back and forth replies where I provided phone, app details, and the names of some of the shows I would normally receive notifications for. Then for 20 days I didn’t hear back, until last weekend when there was a response that simply said the following.
“Hi @Spike2pt0,
Thank you for your patience.
Our technical team has fixed the issue.”
Unfortunately the issue was (and is) in fact ongoing still. I replied the same day with photos of the e-mail I received for a new episode and of the new in-app notification center missing the same notification. The photos will be attached below, with one posted as a reply. However there was no further response and the post was just marked solved.
If this is an ongoing issue that doesn’t have a fix at the moment, that is fine, and I understand this isn’t an app-crippling bug or anything. As it stands the issue persists.
