Issues with app
My IMDb app keeps having issues. Sometimes it’s fine but too often, when I go to search for something, I get the pop up “network error”. It says “we couldn’t connect to IMDb right now. Please try again.” I have an iPhone 15. I am running iOS version 18.1.1. I have IMDb version 15.3. I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling. I have also tried logging out and logging back in. It does not help. Please tell me how to fix it.

Thank you so much for the information! Could you also attach a screenshot of the error message and also the app Region and Language? You can find this by going to your profile, settings, account, and Personal details.
In addition, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
-Force close the app, then re-open
-Log out of your account in the IMDb app, then log back in
-Restart your device
-Remove the app from your phone and download it again
We'll be glad to investigate further.
