Lost all my ratings since 2008

I’ve rated movies since 2008; even this year I rated movies. After I just looked at my profile in the app I see ‘0 ratings’. I have verified that I’m logged in to the correct account: it lists 2008 as my join date.

@ijansch Thanks for the problem report. What happens when you access your ratings on the IMDb site via https://www.imdb.com/list/ratings/ instead? We do not delete ratings so there are only two possible explanations: #1 You accessed your ratings in the app while there was a network connectivity issue (in which case please try again and confirm you have a good signal or are on WiFi which is working properly, visit https://fast.com/ to confirm your phone connectivity after restarting the IMDb app) #2 You are accessing via a different account as described in https://help.imdb.com/article/imdb/common-issues/my-watchlist-ratings-and-settings-are-gone-what-happened/GN3WDT7NXYJ493CJ -- just because the account creation year is the same does not mean that you are signed into your usual account. Please let us know what happens. If neither of the above solve the problem, please let us know your account ID by replying here with the URL to which you are redirected when you access https://www.imdb.com/profile/ and we can take a look. The IMDb account at the email address registered with Sprinklr has ratings from 2008 through to July 2025. Hope this helps.

Thanks, the problem sorted itself, after a few days the ratings returned. So perhaps it was the connectivity issue you mentioned, although I didn’t get any error message to that effect.
