Marking review as helpful/not helpful is not being saved

@Susy  Thanks for the feedback, however, this is the expected behaviour today.  Your vote is recorded, but votes are not processed in real-time, sorry.  Similarly your specific vote of up vs. down is not reflected once you move away from a page and return, sorry.

When I select the thumbs up or down on the “found this review helpful”, it says either “you found this helpful” or “you found this not helpful” which is good. BUT when I close out and come back to the same page, my thumbs up or down was never clicked and will not say “you found this helpful” or “you found this not helpful” anymore. Clicking the thumbs up or down has become a completely useless mechanic for me since it does not stay selected and it does not add a number to the helpfulness or unhelpfulness review. Is this a bug?
