Top Billed

In the app, you use headers like "Top Billed Cast" and "Sorted by Credit Order" even when the cast does not have order numbers. This is misleading.

Also strange: If I choose to sort the cast by popularity I see the header "no data available". The cast is actually already listed by popularity (Starmeter), which is why Bryony Miller is listed first.
