Trouble with entering stuff
I’ve just unfortunately noticed that All my ratings for everything I have rated it seems have completely disappeared! Okay it might be that it’s just reinstated itself because I wasn’t signed in but while I’m here I do have the following on going problem…. for the last few weeks whenever using you on my iPhone I haven’t to thumb up or down anybody’s review or trivia or anything it says something like *we cannot enter your ‘rating’ (or similar) at this time. I can still do it on my iPad. What is this strange reason and problem please? 😩🤷♀️

In this case, we recommend you to uninstall the App and then re-install it. Please be advised that for the security of our members, we no longer support login functionality for certain versions of the IMDb App on specific device operating systems (OS). For iOS, please ensure that your device is on iOS 17.0 or above
Your IMDb mobile app should also be the app version 14.16 or above
However, if you've confirmed that your device meets the criteria, please confirm and write us back with the following:
