Correct capitalization:

Actors Who Have Won Two Oscars for Leading Roles

The text could use a little clarification. You have not included those who have won more than two Oscars for leading roles (Hepburn, Day-Lewis, McDormand) nor those who have won two Oscars for leading roles and one for supporting (Bergman, Nicholson, Streep). 

For example, the question could be:

Who is the best actor who won exactly two Oscars, both for a leading role?

Good poll, Jaf. I think Peter left a couple good suggestions that would wrap it all up well. Then I'll have to make the excruciating decision of which of my two favorite actors to give my vote to, lol (Sean Penn and Jodie Foster).
