Maybe your profile wasn't familiar to me because I hadn't been here in a while, but I just saw your name and noticed. I'll say hi and follow your polls.

I think he is both as well. Some may count him as hero, because of social consensus of many people. But he also is a villain, because of his vigilantism. So those who see him as hero, second vigilantism as positive. I'm not about to do that. Saying that this would be ok, already opens the door to more vigilantism, because everyone has his own opinion about things. Maybe tomorrow the mob would go for the rich, which would also be a common kind of vigilantism. Other guys would go for homeless, because they don't like them.

At the end I would count him as a villain, because people like him cross the borders and orders of justice. The poll doesn't provide a point "on the one hand ..., but on the other hand ...", which would be necessary to better differentiate for people who see his goal to save kids rights as completely ok and a must, but don't want vigilance. If someone wants to provide kids rights, it's better to go on the streets for, but villainious to manipulate the order of justice oneself. I think a "I better prostest for kid's rights on the streets, than provide vigilantism"-option would be appropriate.
