98th Oscars Nominations Announcement Hosted By Actors Danielle Brooks and Lewis Pullman | Feat. ASL Interpreters
They will will announce the nominees in all 24 categories, including the new casting award, in a livestream from the Academy’s Samuel Goldwyn Theater.
Viewers can tune in live to the Academy’s website and social media platforms or to ABC’s “Good Morning America.”
It will also stream on “ABC News Live,” Disney+ and Hulu. American Sign Language services will be available on YouTube.
The 2026 Oscars (98th Academy Awards) ceremony, presented by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS), will take place on Sunday March 15, 2026, at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, Los Angeles.

Format of the Polls

Title: Oscars 2026 — [Name of the Category]
Description: Which of the nominees of [link=tt33552770] for [Name of the Category] do you think should win?
Please initially limit your poll suggestions to one category from part 2 and one category from part 3 to allow other poll authors the chance to suggest 2026 Academy Award related polls.
If you do not wish to select a category from part 2, you may instead select two categories from part 3.
If someone has not created a poll for a category after one week after the announcement, that category is open to everyone. However, please limit yourself to 2 Oscar category polls per week.

Poll suggestions will not be considered until after all of the nominations have been made. In order to allow time for users to vote in 2026 polls these polls will not be pushed less than one week prior to the Oscar 2026 broadcast.
Award polls, such as the 2026 Oscar polls, are a good opportunity for new authors to learn how to create, suggest and mature polls. When a new author suggests the same poll as an established poll author, we will give consideration to the new author and ask the established author to defer to the new author. We will also list both pending poll suggestions as appropriate.
