The 78th Primetime Emmy Awards (2026) honors the best in American primetime television programming from June 1, 2025, until May 31, 2026. The awards ceremony will be hosted by Mariska Hargitay on Monday, September 14, 2026, at 5 PM PST / 8 PM EST from the Peacock Theater in downtown Los Angeles, California, USA. The ceremony will air live coast-to-coast on the NBC broadcast network and stream worldwide on Peacock. Format of the Polls

Please initially limit your poll suggestions to one category from part 2 and one category from part 3 to allow other poll authors the chance to suggest 2026 Emmy Award related polls. If you do not wish to select a category from part 2, you may instead select two categories from part 3. If someone has not created a poll for a category after one week after the announcement, that category is open to everyone. However, please limit yourself to 2 Emmy category polls per week. Also, please limit yourself to 2 Emmy non-category polls per week.
