FYC, here are some more "female" robot answer options.

Major Motoko Kusanagi  or just "The Major", is a cybernetic human augmented with a synthetic "full-body prosthesis.

Also, since robots are neither technically, male or female, I would either phrase the question:

1) Which of these "female" robots is your favorite?

2) Which of these robots, who has a female physical form, is your favorite?

Please consider Urbane's re-phrasing of the question. Please add: Rachael from Blade Runner (1982), Rhoda Miller from My Living Doll (1964), Major Motoko Kusanagi from Ghost in the Shell (1995).

@jaf_ismael ,

For your consideration:

Julie Newmar as Rhoda Miller in My Living Doll (1964)

A psychiatrist is given care of Rhoda Miller "real name 'AF 709'", a lifelike sophisticated but naïve android that eventually learns how human society works and begins showing "or at least emulating" rudimentary emotions.
