@Pencho15​, if it doesn't get a theater release this weekend outside of the U.K., I doubt it ever will. You can probably stream it though. I am surprised both didn't get wider distribution. I think it would have been smarter, if 'The The Last Rifleman' (as the 2nd twin to be released) waited six months to release in late May 2024 to capitalize on the 80th anniversary. It did almost nothing at the box office being released a month after 'The Great Escaper'. I saw all both, I agree with the IMDb ratings 'The Great Escaper' is a little better film, the last for Michael Cane and Glenda Jackson. But, 'The Last Rifleman' is a bit funnier, but still solid. It is always interesting to see how two writers and two directors interpret the same source material. It is amazing how similar these two films are and how differently they are at the same time. I am glad I saw both.
