FYC, I think you need more line training specialist non-commissioned officers leading basic or specialized training in your poll suggestion and less or no commissioned officiers (especially senior ranks ie. Captain Pete 'Maverick' Mitchell in Top Gun: Maverick (2022)) that are just depicted leading training excercises.
