If it's about the performance, I would say Mary ̈Poppins but if if you asked me about the character... I would still say Mary Poppins. Favorite haircut? Mary Poppins. Favorite male partner? Mary Poppins. Favorite kids? Mary Poppins. Favorite songs? Mary Poppins. Favorite Simpsons parody? Mary Poppins. etc.

This is a really had choice.
My vote: Maria in  The Sound of Music

Great poll idea!  Hmm... she portrayed them both so well... I guess Maria, since she was the "real" character.  You know, not flying around on an umbrella.  It was a serious role, I guess is what I'm saying.
