Typically, the Razzies and Oscars are held during the same weekend each year. The intentional scheduling of a Razzies Saturday and a Oscars Sunday creates a unique rebound experience for some filmmakers. Those with dual nominaions have the potential to go from humiliation to jubilation, all within the span of a little over a 24 hour period.

Which of these previous dual Golden Raspberry and Oscar winners, who won a Razzie(s) on Saturday and won an Oscar(s) on Sunday of the same weekend, is the most impressive rebound?

It would seem the more accolades one receives, the more of an honor (or at least less of an embarrassment) getting a Razzie is. Of course, when things are received makes a difference. Getting an Oscar the day after receiving a Razzie makes the Razzie a little more forgettable, while getting a Razzie the year after getting an Oscar makes the Razzie more memorable, ala the mighty having fallen.

Interestingly, Menken is one of only two people (the other being Liza Minnelli) to have REGOT status.
