That's a good idea, mario. I like it how you wrote it into the lists. I detected just a minor glitch: [liink= copy & paste here the address from the forum, something like https://community-imdb.sprinklr.com/conversations/imdb-poll/poll-suggestion...] Discuss Here in the IMDb Poll Community Forum [/link] in "[link=..." you wrote accidently "liink ..." with two "i"s

I think the lorem ipsum is interesting: "Humankind suffers and seeks love. Time and labor bring pain, but also joy and pleasure. In truth, people accuse one another, two sides, two sorrows, both just and unjust at once. Pain arises when one blames or indulges, when one wills but cannot escape, and receives no reward. Whoever is driven by desire acts without caution and is guilty, for duty is abandoned. Thus the spirit suffers – this is the fate of those who work."

on purpose, if I write it right, the text inside the brackets [] becomes invisible. It was the way to show the source code.

cool, i didn't know it has indeed a true meaning, I thought it was just a nonsense text.

It IS a nonsense text, when you keep the useless words inbetween. It's taken from an ancient philosopher's text. The text comes from a speech by Cicero from 45 BC, specifically from “De finibus bonorum et malorum” (“On the Ends of Good and Evil”). Typesetters in the 16th century randomly took passages from it, altered them slightly, and used them as placeholder text for print samples. Since then, “Lorem ipsum” has established itself as the standard dummy text in graphic design and typography.

Red Shirts are often members of the security division on Starships. Their Federation training gives them a tremendous leg up against the rest of the competition here. They have a morale advantage over Stormtroopers as the Red Shirts are a voluntary force as opposed to Stormtroopers who are often the equivalent of indentured servants and drafted into their military service.

Excellent reasoning. A very persuasive case :)

That's pretty easy by logic: Inspecteur Clouseau, who else? Wherever he is, he would defeat his enemy by odd behaviour and resulting accidents. In Greece, he would burry them under downfalling parts of the Acropolis, he accidently would have set in movement. In Egypt he would burry them under the pyramids. He's the one to be very carefully about. We saw it at the Munich Wiesn in 'The Pink Panther Strikes Again' (1976). That man really is a deadly weapon ... accidently!

Brilliant deduction! I think many voters are instinctively voting for the stormtroopers, forgetting that many of the other characters would be protected by plot armour. I personally don't think the stormtroopers would stand a chance. I wouldn't rule out some comedy characters knocking themselves out though. The way I see it, there's two possibilities. One, a noble character like George McFly or a Redshirt will walk out of there, bloodied and broken. And two, a comedy character like Bean or Clouseau unknowingly defeats everybody else by passive, clumsy means.
