Lucy and Ricky (if we consider them co-workers at the nightclub) - I love Lucy Agent 99 and Max Smart - Get Smart Mary Richards and Lou grant - Mary tyler moore show (short-lived) Maddie and David - Moonlighting Hawkeye and Hot lips - MASH (brief) Laura holt and Remington Steele - Remington Steele Limited to US shows - have few more if you're allowing non-US ones

Thanks. Added Maya and Elliot. Haven't seen House, but from what I read, it seems House and Lisa first got together in medical school (before the show), so maybe they weren't coworkers until later? Perhaps I can add another couple from that show, if you know any. I think The Nanny is more of an employer-employee romance.

Yes, it appears Cameron and Chase got divorced, but I include other couples that also didn't end up together (plus some ongoing shows) so I'm not sure that should be a criteria. However, I have only two spots left so I might save them for others.
