Hm, Boromir would be a logical choice, but he's a fan favorite, but still end up close.

I, honestly, have absolutely no idea who could be the least favorite member. I think I'm going to vote for Legolas. Not because I don't like him, but only because I didn't get too attached for him. 

And, yes, their horse's name is Bill! They left him when they entered the Mines of Moria, but I think I read somewhere that the crew convinced Peter Jackson not to kill the horse!

My thoughts exactly, poor Merry!

Two other thoughts on this:

1.  I always thought that Pippen was the most annoying of the hobbits (stealing the giant bowling ball that was a crystal ball, disobeying Gandalf about what to say to the regent, etc.).
2. If the movies had followed the books more closely, I might have voted for Aragorn.  It seemed to me in the books that whenever he was introduced to someone, he'd have to give his entire geneaology:  "I am Aragorn, son of Arathorn, nephew of Phil, grandson of Jim Bob, ex-husband of Phyllis,..."   I found that annoying after reading it just once.

Oh, yes, Aragorn is a little bit too self-confident in the books! I am Aragorn, son of Arathorn, the heir of Isildur, the heir to the throne of Gondor...
