Out of Line - The Female Revolution of Soft Powers

Intro: Woman have long been confined by patriachal structures - but through quiet strength and creative resistance, they've carved out space for themselves. More and more films now tell these stories of emancipation - not always historical accurate, but imaginatively bold. 'Gloria!', for example, is set in an Italien convent in the begining of 19th century, yet features young women intuitively, playing Jazz and blues secretly. It's a deliberate anachronism that puts female empowerment before realism. These films re-imagine freedom where history once denied it. This list gathers cinematic gems about woman breaking free, dreaming boldly, and rewriting the roles they were given. And they do not necessarily have a historical background. Which of them would you most like to see? Please tell us here. Suggestions: Orientate on the other options, please. :D List: https://www.imdb.com/de/list/ls599985172/ Poll: TBD
