Poll Suggestion: A Pledge for Humanity: Schindler's Legacy

Intro:

Steven Spielberg’s Schindler's List (1993) holds a unique and sacred place in cinema history and collective memory. For Spielberg, this film was not merely a Hollywood production, but a deeply personal reckoning with his own identity and a moral responsibility to make the unimaginable visible to future generations. With uncompromising honesty and profound respect for the survivors and victims of the Shoah, he created a cinematic memorial that transcends the medium itself.

Historically, the film documents the unfathomable suffering of Polish Jews during the German occupation and the horrors of the concentration camps, alongside the unprecedented courage of Oskar Schindler, who risked his life and exhausted his entire fortune to save over 1,000 Jewish forced laborers from extermination.

A masterpiece of this magnitude — the kind encountered only once every few decades — rightfully defends its place in the Top Ten of the IMDb Top 250 list. Here are ten reasons why this work deserves its standing, please chose the best of them.

A few personal words of me to Germans, wich do not necessarily reflect the poll board's opinion:

Nie wieder ist jetzt!

N/A - Set! I would like, if I may, to delete one line in the intro:
"..., wich do not necessarily reflect the poll board's opinion:"
"Nie wieder ist jetzt!" means "Never again is now!" What do you say?
