Was Odette from Hazbin Hotel officially voiced by Annette Toutonghi?

This may be a possible theory, because Annette is known for voicing Penelope from Sly Cooper and Freddi Fish. Odette also has a few lines in episode 3, “Scrambled Eggs”.
