Expensive movies usually *do* appeal to mass audiences.
And many people went to watch the big films of 2024, but they did not appeal to the viewers.
17 of the 23 of the films on that list have ratings of 6.9 or lower, with most having ratings of 6.4 or lower.
They didn't appeal to the viewers at all.
